Theatre that transforms
Nashville Children's Theatre, a beloved 90-year-old institution, came to us with a website that needed work. Their leadership team tasked us with improving the user experience to be more helpful to the parents and educators who visit the site every day.
The previous site had confusing navigation and a vague informational hierarchy, making it difficult for visitors to purchase tickets or sign up for camps. To solve these issues, we created a new visual language for the theatre that allows their audience to navigate their website easily, giving upcoming shows and classes the spotlight each deserves. We also streamlined the pipeline for purchasing tickets. We simplified the steps for folks to uncover information about classes and camps while making it easier for the NCT staff to make changes.
