Through real-time pharmacogenomics (PGx) and AI-powered medication intelligence, Emyra helps clinicians make safer, more personalized decisions directly inside existing workflows.
But when they came to us, they were still operating under their former name, Sherpa RX. The science was strong. The platform was powerful. What was missing was a name, brand, and digital presence that clearly expressed their purpose and positioned them for scale.
The Challenge
Emyra needed more than a visual refresh. They needed the brand power that comes from clarity.
Their old name no longer reflected the breadth of their platform or the human-centered future they were building. The brand had to speak to health systems, clinicians, and partners all while balancing scientific credibility with empathy, innovation with trust. Alongside the renaming effort, they needed a new brand identity that could clearly articulate a complex offering, establish credibility in a regulated industry, and support conversations with enterprise healthcare leaders.
Our Approach
Our team led Emyra through a structured renaming process, clarifying their vision, audience, and long-term goals. From that work, the name Emyra emerged—distinct, human, and future-facing.
From there, we developed a new brand identity designed to feel credible, modern, and approachable. We designed the logo system and supporting visual language, then documented it all in clear brand guidelines to ensure consistency as the company grows. Every decision was made to support trust, clarity, and confidence in high-stakes clinical environments.

The name Emyra is a creative, linguistic take on emerald, a symbol rich with meaning. In Vedic tradition, emeralds are associated with wisdom, intelligence, and clear communication. They are also known as stones of protection and healing. This symbolism mirrors Emyra’s mission: bringing clarity to complex decisions, protecting patients from harm, and making healthcare more human.
With a distinct name, a cohesive visual identity, and clear brand guidelines in place, Emyra is positioned to scale with confidence. What was once Sherpa RX is now a brand that reflects the depth of its science, the care at its core, and the future it is helping to shape.
